Cardiac pacemaker is an implantable device used primarily to treat arrhythmia and other heart diseases. Due to its long-term operation in the patient's body, as well as the complex manufacturing processes involving microelectronics, mechanical processing and assembly, the manufacturing error should be controlled within microns.
HME Machining combine CNC machining with MEMS manufacturing technology to ensure the durability and stability of the product, and use titanium alloy with good biocompatibility & mechanical strength to make the shell, supplemented by high-temperature-resistant silicone to make wires and connection line. To protect the electronic components inside the device from corrosion, plating surface treatment process is used to improve its conductivity and wear resistance. The final product boasts a surface finish of 0.1 microns and a tolerance of ±12 microns.
