HME Machining utilizes 5-axis CNC machining to meet the requirements for roundness, surface quality and surface finish. Considering the usage environment, aerospace grade aluminum alloy, which is lighter and stronger, performs better than other materials. Plating improves surface performance while sandblasting enhances surface quality and reduces frictional resistance. The final product boasts a surface finish of 0.5 microns and a tolerance of ±25 microns.
