Aircraft Window

◆ Processing with 5-axis CNC machine

◆ Made of composite material & multilayer glass

◆ Oxidation & coating surface treatment process

◆ Finished surface roughness Ra (μm) 0.2

◆ Surface tolerance (mm)±0.3

Although aircraft windows only serve to provide visibility inside the cabin, their manufacturing process requires strict compliance with high safety and quality requirements to ensure that they remain intact and protect personnel onboard under high-speed airflow and extreme pressure conditions during flight.

HME Machining utilizes 5-axis CNC machining to meet high strength and durability requirements, and expensive composite materials and multi-layer glass to prevent failure in high-temperature and high-altitude environments. Two oxidation and two coating treatments enhance surface hardness and wear resistance. The final product boasts a surface finish of 0.2 microns and a tolerance of ±0.3 millimeters.
